Prices

All prices for our products are in Australian Dollars and include gst.

The price of products shown excludes delivery cost as this is added separately to your order once you advise the delivery address.

We reserve the right to change the prices for products at any time. This may include items in your "shopping cart" which can be checked at point of purchase before payment. If you store items in your cart for purchase later it is recommended you review the purchase price prior to payment. You agree to pay the current price at the time of payment.

Cancellations & Date Changes

Cancellation requests can be accepted, however a cancellation fee may be deducted from your refund dependent on how much preparation has gone into your order. Be aware that preparation can occur days in the days leading up to your order and not necessarily just the day of.

Date changes will be accepted at our discretion and must be to a date within our operating parameters.

Refunds & Returns

Please retain the Order Confirmation that is emailed to you for proof of purchase.

You are not entitled to a refund if you or recipient simply change your mind or dislike the choice made.

We will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused or mishandled after a successful delivery.

You are not entitled to a refund if we are unable to deliver your order due to being supplied an incorrect address, or being unable to access a secure property.

Our Liability

We will not be liable for any claim, injury, cost or liability (whether direct or indirect), loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising from use of our website, use of our products, use of our services, use of a third parties information, use of a third parties product, use of a third parties service and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.

Safety Warning

DO NOT inhale the helium from a balloon. It can cause asphyxiation.

DO NOT release foil balloons outdoors as they are constructed of electrically conductive material (mylar foil) which can become entangled in electric lines causing power outages and damage.

DISCARD broken, uninflated balloons as they can be a choking hazard to children.

Product Substitution

Balloons may have minor variations from the images shown on the website, we reserve the right to use a similar balloon with the most similar message and theme in the unlikely event the chosen balloon is out of stock. Any replacement will be of to equal or greater value.

The sentiment and or character will not be substituted. Latex balloon colour themes will not be substituted - however colour selection may vary due to stock availability. Any replacement will be to equal or greater value.

Product and Quality Information

We use the highest quality balloon products available.

We use 100% helium, not an air/helium mix and treat all balloons with Hi-Float (or equivalent) for extended float time.

However we cannot guarantee the float time due to the many environmental factors which can alter the balloons' condition.

However, if you follow these simple instructions you can prolong the life of your balloons:

i. Limit the total amount of time that balloons are in the bag.

ii. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.

iii. High humidity can interfere with the balloon's float life.

iv. Outdoor use may expose the balloons to sun, wind and rain which will reduce float life.

v. Sudden changes in environment can interfere with the balloon's float life.

We operate and distribute from our Perth Metropolitan Area location(s).

As electronic services are subject to interruption or breakdown, access to our website is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis only.
