What is the Pearl Mist difference?

At Pearl Mist Balloon Co our balloon creations make a statement. Think balloon envy with luxury. We want the balloons you send out as a gift, or to represent you at your event to having something special about them!

What is your cut-off time for same day delivery?

We offer a convenient same day delivery service if your order is placed online prior to 12:00PM AWST.

Do note though that our products take time to create so delivery times cannot be guaranteed at short notice.

Were do you deliver to?

We deliver to a large portion of the Perth Metropolitan area. We are centrally located and have set up a delivery zone that excludes far Northern, Southern and Eastern suburbs.

If your delivery address is not able to be selected on checkout please Contact us and we'll see if we can make an exception for you.

Do you have pick up available?

Sorry, no.

Can I send a gift anonymously?

We act in accordance with Australia's Privacy Laws, if your name is not on the gift card and the recipient wants to know who sent the balloons, we will not reveal exactly who you are without your permission.

Your billing details are never revealed to the recipient, the only information they receive is their delivery address and the gift card message. If you'd like to remain anonymous please ensure that you do not include your details in these areas.

What if the recipient is not home?

Our best advice is to please ensure someone is at the destination on the day of delivery.

We ask that you leave the recipient's landline or mobile number with us at checkout.

Should we not be able to get in contact with the recipient our driver will leave the balloons in the safest possible area at the designated address, or even a neighbour.

In the unlikely event the balloons cannot be left safely, a redelivery/redirection fee will apply depending on the new delivery address.

How do I know my balloons have been delivered?

By placing your order online with us you will receive an email when the balloons have been delivered.

How long will the balloons last?

In the case of helium filled latex balloons, we use the highest quality balloons available. Combine this with a product called Hi-Float (a non toxic liquid gel that dries to form an extra layer) we guarantee your balloons will last 3 to 5 days, but if the balloons are kept inside in constant environmental conditions they will float for a lot longer.

Can I design my own balloon bouquet?

Our website has a large selection of predesigned balloon bouquets for your convenience which allow you to view the final product in full and place orders quickly.

Can I change my mind after placing the order?

If you contact us before your balloons has been dispatched from our store, we can amend or cancel your order depending on the timing of your request.
